Vacation Opening 

June - usual semester opening times

July and August:

Open 1030am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday  (drop-in 12-4)

 Closed on Fridays during July and August

Closed from Friday 30th August to Friday 3 September inclusive - re-opening on Monday 6th September

There is no Wheatley drop-in during vacations 

Semester Opening Hours

Helena Kennedy Student Centre

The Careers and Employment Centre at Helena Kennedy is open every week day during semesters, 10.30am - 5pm Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 10.30 - 7pm Tuesday, 10.30am – 4.30pm on Friday

Drop-in Service is available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12pm – 4pm and Tuesday from 12pm - 7pm

Wheatley Campus

H105 opposite the refectory Semester time only service

Thursday - 10am - 4pm Friday - 10am - 2.00pm

Gipsy Lane Roadshows

Occasional semster  service

Quick queries and CV clinics are available at our Roadshows in the Gipsy Lane or Gibbs foyer on Tuesdays 11am -2pm for a few weeks each semester -check your email for exact details.

We may occasionally need to reduce or close some services due to staff availability or training. These changes will be shown on this page and where possible emailed to students in advance.
